- offers in a scenic setting a stimulating environment for Ph.D. students to learn about the latest developments in their field from renowned international faculty,

- facilitates the establishment of contacts between young researches coming from various universities and research institutions.
For one week, young economists from different countries meet with renowned faculty at the Training Center of the Bundesbank for an intensive week of learning and interaction. The faculty will give lectures on topics of current research interest.
