The Summer School in 2010 is organized by the Center for Financial Studies and the Ph.D. Program in Law and Economics of Money and Finance (LEMF).

It will cover main aspects of the law and economics of contracts. Thereby, it will give a broad overview on the subject from a legal as well as an economic point of view. Thereby, the summer school also contains a discussion of the analysis of contracts, too Furthermore, the speakers will discuss and report advanced topics as well as of state of the art research in the field of contract analysis. The second part of the summer school will have a specific focus on financial contracting and the main issues arising in this context.
